KAYAN Bots

Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Discord bots operated by KAYAN Network (“KAYAN”): Kayan System, Kayan Application System, Kayan Supervision System and Kayan Tx Bot. By using a bot in a KAYAN Discord server you agree to these terms, to the Discord Terms of Service, to the Discord Community Guidelines and to the rules of the KAYAN server.

1. Use of the bots

• The bots are made for the KAYAN community servers only.
• Do not abuse, spam, exploit, reverse engineer or try to break the bots or their websites.
• Give true information in applications, tickets and appeals.

2. Moderation

The bots help the KAYAN staff enforce the server rules (for example warnings, timeouts, role changes and bans). Decisions can be appealed by opening a ticket.

3. Availability

The bots are provided “as is”. We try to keep them online but we do not promise they will always work, and features can change or stop at any time.

4. Access

We can limit or remove access to the bots for anyone who breaks these terms, the Discord terms or the KAYAN rules.

5. Privacy

How the bots use data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

As far as the law allows, KAYAN is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using or not being able to use the bots.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the bots after a change means you accept it.

Open a ticket in the KAYAN Discord server (choose “Support”).
